This fabulous hat is Kelly Green. It has the look of dyed straw, but, it is better than that ( super easy to keep clean and keeps it's shape, no matter what ). The tag reads, 100 % Polypropylene Made in Taiwan R.O.C. Although vintage, it has been well kept, and a knock out look when worn. 21 inches inside at the band. The wide brim is 3 3/4 inches deep.
