Return Policy
Ruby Lane and each of its independent shops want you to be satisfied with your purchase. To ensure your satisfaction and for the protection of both the buyer and shop owner, we have a Return Policy that each Ruby Lane shop owner honors. View Return Policy now.

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
Buyer pays for actual shipping, handling and insurance.
Shipping related costs are not refunded if the item is returned.

Restocking Fee:
We charge a 10% restocking fee on all antique and vintage collectible items returned.

Other Information:
If sending a check or money order, please make it payable to RAYNETTA MANEES rather than to Raynetta's Romantiques Antique & Vintage Emporium . Please forward checks and money orders promptly--they must be received within 7 days of your order for us to continue to hold items ordered in reserve.

PAYMENT VIA PAYPAL OR POSTAL MONEY ORDER IS PREFERRED--antique and vintage collectible items paid for via PayPal or postal money order will normally ship within 5 business days of receipt.

I gladly accept your credit card payment via PayPal, but I do not accept credit cards by telephone.

Please know that buyer may pay via PayPal using an "echeck" (electronic check) rather than sending paper checks. This will greatly reduce the turn around time needed to ship your special antique or collectible item(s).

I must hold paper personal checks for up to 10 business days, for them to clear, before shipping items.

Foreign (Non-US) Customers: Sorry, but I only accept payment via PayPal for items ordered from or shipping to an address outside of the United States.

International customers, I will email you with shipping costs promptly upon receiving your completed purchase order. Please use PayPal for the amount of purchase and shipping. Thank you.

Why pay twice to ship a gift? Once to have it shipped to you and again to ship it to the recipient? We’ll wrap and ship it FOR you! Let us know your order is a gift and we’ll gift wrap it and ship it directly to the recipient, and mail you your receipt. All at no additional charge!
