Our Service Pledge To You:
I guarantee that all of my items are authentic and have been described to the best of my knowledge. I will carefully package and promptly ship your merchandise, but unless you take out insurance I cannot be responsible for damage the USPS can do to your item. You can check my feedback on eBay under 1mara to see that the customer always comes first in my business.
 
Return Policy
Ruby Lane and each of its independent shops want you to be satisfied with your purchase. To ensure your satisfaction and for the protection of both the buyer and shop owner, we have a Return Policy that each Ruby Lane shop owner honors. View Return Policy now.

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
I try very hard to keep down shipping charges for my customers. If you want specific shipping method (overnight express, insurance or priority) there will be an additional postage charge.

If you want it insured add:
$2.00 for under $ 50.00
$3.00 for under $100.00
$4.00 for under $200.00
$5.00 for under $300.00
$6.00 for under $400.00
$7.00 for under $500.00

If by any chance your purchase does arrive damaged please take it and ALL packing material plus box to the post office to file your claim. They will send me the claim to fill out. DO NOT mail merchandise back to me – I cannot get your money back for you without going through the proper channels.

If you purchase more than one item from me I will combine to save you on mailing cost.

International shipping will be higher so contact me for that information. International orders must be paid with US funds money or through PayPal, C2iT or BidPay.
International buyers should contact your post office regarding any information that regards duties, customs, or any other charges. You will be responsible for those charges.

Restocking Fee:
There are no restocking fees on items returned.

Other Information:
Only Texas residents must pay a 8.25% sales tax on purchase.

I accept Visa, Mastercard, Money Orders, Cash, Check and PayPal. You have to call me with Credit card information. This is not a secure site so it will not take your credit card information.

Payment must be received within 10 days of purchase date unless other arrangements are made. I ship next day of all goods paid through Paypal, Visa, MasterCard and US Postal Money Orders. Payments made by check will be delayed until check clears my bank.
