This is a fascinating book that is illustrated and written by Leonard Everett Fisher in 1985. This is a fascinating presentation of how symbols are used to communicate without words throughout the world. From the earliest times people first began drawing on the walls of caves all based on the circle, triangle and square. This book offers a unique look at thirteen different disciplines from astrology, magic, religion and music to business, chemistry, mathematics and weather. Fun to look at and information to own. The book has a plastic covering over the dust cover and the book is in very good condition. There are 2 small black marks on the front two pages- not on any of the symbols.
