This piece I believe is from the early 1930’s possibly earlier. It is enameled on both side and is a great quality compact. It measures 2” across and could actually be used as a pill container since it is about ¼” in depth. There is a bit of damage to top but is very hard to see and doesn’t detract from the beauty of this light yellow pattern design with dragonflies and red Amaryllis flowers. Check out the picture on this sweet little compact.

I love the look of this pretty little hand held purse. It is in very good condition from the mesh body all the way to the compact on top. It was never used as a compact because the rouge still has the relief molded with Evans Mayfair and the compartment for the powder is pristine clean. It has an oval top that measures 2 ¾” x 2” and it is 5 ½” in length. Beautiful lace trimmed hand painted by Ventimilla hand fan is 17 ½” wide when opened. It has pink and white flowers with green and gold tone trimmed paint to accent the heavy plastic spines. It is in very good condition with no rips or stains. Gorgeous piece for display or use on a very warm evening.

This piece is brushed gold toned with a small oval where one could engrave their initials. This piece is from the 1950’s and has never had any powder in case. The puff is also clean and unused. This mirror is 4 ¾” in length and the mirror is 2 1/8” in diameter. It is marked Denmark on the edge of mirror rim. It is in very good condition with the beveled mirror having very small almost unnoticeable little scratches. A lovely piece from the 1950’s.

The mirror is a large hand mirror measuring 14” in length and 5 ½” at widest where as the brush measures 9 ½” x 2 ½” at widest. Marked with Shell Acwalite Cromwell this set is from the 1930’s and are faux Tortishell brown with a gold tone trim and a celluloid cameo relief of I believe a Roman Emperor, maybe one of the Caesar’s. This is a darling little porcelain hand painted mirror measuring 5 ½” in length and at its widest 3”. It has a beveled mirror that has a few scratches. The flowers look like rambling roses in yellow and dark pink. A cute piece to go into a child's bathroom or bedroom display. I have hung, just like pictures a group of mirrors in my bathroom and it makes a wonderful display and very pleasing to the eye.

Three different shades of green encircle this lovely hat pin head with diamond rhinestones around top and bottom (36 green rhinestones and 12 diamond rhinestones). Overall size is 4 ¼” with head of stick pin 1” in diameter. The rhinestones are all in good shape with the stick having some erosion from age. Has a safety piece that slides on end. This is a wonderful 2 sided mirror. When you want to use the regular makeup mirror you have the base of the magnifying mirror. When you are ready for the magnifying mirror you just flip it over. It unscrews so that you can lay it flat. It has a flexible extension between the two mirrors so that you can adjust it to any position you need. Nice glove box from the 1950’s with a yellow gold background and red and blue flower imprinted. There is some staining marks inside of box and one on the outside. I have an arrow drawn on the pictures. I actually did not see this until I started describing and looking at it with a fine tooth comb. It blends into the pattern somewhat. Overall size of box is 13 ½” x 4 ¾” x 2 ½”. The fabric and hinge of box are in excellent shape except for small stain.

This little brush has hand painted flowers on the back of brush. It could be construed that it is the initial “C” or just painted in a cute design. The brush hairs are still intact and thick but seem to come out of brush fairly easy. You couldn’t use it but would be a great accessory in your vintage children’s bedroom or bath. Overall size is 5” in length and 2” at widest. Bristles are about an inch long.

Not sure how old this piece is but it was placed on a wood burning stove to get the metal hot and then one would comb their hair. It was used more in the winter to dry your hair I would guess. It is an interesting piece that would make a great display item in your bathroom or beauty saloon. We have come a long way from the era that used this contraption. Overall size is 10 ¼” in length and 1 ½” wide at the widest part. Very unusual!

The oval series of enameled boxes ended in 1982 so I know that this approximate sized 1 ¾” x 1 ½” x 7/8” was made between 1971 and 1982 so it is one of the older editions. On the cover it says “Merci Infiniment” meaning “Thank you infinitely or forever”. This would be a wonderful present for the person who you want to thank profusely such as your Mother, sister, lover or wife. It’s big enough to put something very special inside also. The trade name Pyralin is really celluloid. This is a covered box on a pedestal for the ladies vanity in her boudoir. On the bottom it is marked “Pyralin Sheraton” and age would be in the early1930’s. It is in very good condition with no chips or cracks. It has a black bowl box with pedestal and lid in the classic butterscotch color with black and gold tone designs. Overall dimensions are 5 ½” x 3 ½” x 4”.
