Return Policy
Ruby Lane and each of its independent shops want you to be satisfied with your purchase. To ensure your satisfaction and for the protection of both the buyer and shop owner, we have a Return Policy that each Ruby Lane shop owner honors. View Return Policy now.

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
We ship by USPS with delivery confirmation. Please see individual items for shipping and insurance costs. If you wish to order more than one item, we are always glad to combine postage! Email for a quote.

If paying by Paypal or Google Checkout, please pay within 24 hours of your purchase order unless other arrangements are made with us. If no contact at all is made within that time, the item must go back out for sale. If paying by money order, please confirm with us that you will send within a few days. We allow 7 days for a money order to arrive.

For items over $300, bank wires are possible if prior arrangements are made.

We nearly always ship within 3 days of order receipt, usually sooner. If a family emergency arises (or a car is in the shop!) we'll let you know when your item will be sent. Please let us know if it's a time sensitive order, as the time estimates given by the US Postal Service can vary due to time of year, shipping zone, weather conditions across the US, etc.

Restocking Fee:
We charge a 15% restocking fee on purchases and buyer pays return shipping unless a return is due to accidentally overlooked damage on our part. We do photograph and describe very carefully, so please read descriptions carefully.
