Here's a cute metal Dionne Quint bowl from the 1930's. It shows all the quints as little babies in the middle and their names are etched all around the rim. I have two of these; this first one has a minor rust spots on the front and back; see photo, they are well magnified. When on display though, it is very shiny and they don't show in a distracting way. Tiny plastic Marx family from the 1960's in original box. Largest is about 3" or so. The baby is really tiny! Stands for mother, father, son and daughter. The other girl stands on her own and the baby doesn't stand. Box is faded and dirtied, people are in good condition. Cute little set!

This is a Shirley Temple dress tag from a Cinderella dress. It has no hanging hole, so I'm not sure if this little card was a promotional giveaway by the stores given at theaters or at the store itself, or if it was somehow packed in with the children's dress when wrapped up for purchase. It's about 3-4 inches long, for size reference. Discontinued in 1956, this is a precious sectioned child's or baby dish with a matching mug. Both in good condition; both marked Stangl on the bottom. Designed by Kay Hackett, these are really wonderful pieces of art pottery that are difficult to find in a matched set. On the bottom of the cup is a little bit of green crayon, probably where someone wrote a price once upon a time. I was able to clean almost all of what was left off, but there is still a little green.

The second of two Dionne Quints bowls that I have for sale. Measures 6" across, probably made while the girls were still young infants, as they are shown as babies in the center with their names etched in script around the rim. Two vintage Mortens figures - black (chow?) dog and Springer puppy. The chow needs a tiny touch up on the tip of his ear where there is a very small chip. Here's a really funny item! It's an Orphan Annie costume from 1981. It is all plastic - basically an apron with a plastic mask. Remember when Halloween costumes consisted only of this? Fun gag gift or addition to a Halloween party, or great for an Annie collector. It is in the original box- good condition except that the box cello has broken. Costume itself is also good except for where it creased, there is a slight loss of color (see photo) in one spot.

Nice vintage Shirley book with some great photos in it with Frank Morgan and other cast members of the movie "Dimples" from 1936. Before there were DVD's, there was no way to relive a movie except to see it again. But these large soft cover paperback picture books were a way to review the story over and over even after the movie stopped playing, and were clearly a favorite with children! This was the book that started me on the road of doll collecting when I was 13 and begged for this for Christmas! I poured over this book and had to save my money for a compo Shirley Temple, which I found several months later. Your copy, however, will come signed by Pat Smith, the author. The just jacket is a bit jagged but the book itself is in good condition.
