Welcome to Rainbow Round My Shoulder! We have the distinction of being first and foremost collectors and lovers of many kinds of antiques and collectibles! This means that we have been on both sides of buying and selling transactions. We pride ourselves on our track record of excellent customer service and happy buyers! We know the thrill of finding that special item that you just have to have, and the pleasure of dealing with a good seller on the other end. We carry this knowledge into our own selling transactions.

Along with Paypal, we accept postal and bank money orders. However, because of buyers who think it's okay to send a bad check and then leave us with the bank fees, we are no longer accepting ANY paper payments except for money orders or cash. Payment must arrive in 7 days or item goes back out for sale. We apologize for this policy, but our sell through on promised paper payments is probably only about 50%, due to non paying buyers. :( When a buyer chooses to just not send payment, this ties up the item, which we have to pay monthly fees on.

For your security and convenience, we also accept GOOGLE CHECKOUT where you can safely use a credit card to fund your transaction for extra peace of mind. (Your credit card information is processed by Google and never shown to the store owner.) We have been using Google checkout for some of our own online purchases and felt it was so secure that we decided to offer it to our customers. (After checkout, you will receive an email with a link to Google checkout. :) In rare instances, some items may specify that payment must be made electronically within 24 hours, due to the high instances of non paying buyers on those particular items.

Prices are not negotiable after a purchase order is made; if you are interested in an item, please email all questions BEFORE committing to buy.

Please be aware that creating a purchase order is a commitment to buy. Buyers who do not pay for what they have purchased are put on an automatic block list, which will prevent future shopping at this shop and possibly Ruby Lane shops depending on those shop owners block preferences.
