I respond to all orders promptly. Packing and shipping shall be done with care. I believe all information printed here to be true--to the best of my knowledge--and I pledge to you that the items shown are the items sent to you. Please see Rafter Room customer comments at the bottom of this page.

Return Policy

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
Buyer pays for actual shipping, handling, and insurance when stated as such;Many times shipping and handling is FREE. I will insure your item unless you decline it when you place your order.

Items are shipped when funds are confirmed received. Only United States Postal money orders will be accepted for payment if you are not using Pay Pal. Any other kind of money order will be returned to buyer and sale will be canceled. I am sorry, but international orders will only be accepted if Pay Pal is used.

Restocking Fee:
A restocking fee of 2% (two percent) will only be charged for lay-a-way items that are not picked up, as we will have them off of the market at that time. Lay-a-way terms will depend on the size of the order. But in general, should be 1/3 rd to hold, 1/3 rd in two weeks, and the balance due two weeks later. I can work on terms with you.

United States Postal money orders will be accepted for lay-a-way items also. Any other kind of money order will be returned to buyer and sale will be canceled.

Other Information:
You are receiving quality merchandise that has been loved and used over the years. I am selling the item(s) to you as I have found it in my Rafter Room, except for dusting or a light cleaning. I have made every effort to inform you of normal ware and condition that I am aware of in the item description.

If Items must be returned, they are required to be wrapped with the same care as sent to you, in the same condition you received them in, and insurance is required on the return.

PLEASE NOTE: Should you need to make a claim for insurance due to an item arriving damaged, the Post Office requires you to keep all packing material and items in the box for the Postal Inspectors to see. If this is not done the claim will be denied.

Pennsylvania residence are required to pay 6% state sales tax. We are currently accepting lay-a-way for orders over $100.00. See more information under "Restocking Fee".
