Recently, a young Bride-To-Be asked me if I had any “Signed Sparkling Jewelry” to buy for her wedding party. That sent me looking into all the jewelry chests and boxes and I am happy to say I did find a few to present to her and you today.

This beautiful Broach and Bracelet set is by a name known for quality, style and beauty. This set is from the time between 1950 and 1960 and was made by the Krementz and Son’s Co. located in Newark, New Jersey, USA.

Krementz is a name known for the best quality costume jewelry. They said the product was designed to be just like pieces made with precious stones and metals. They were not kidding, you can see the quality when you look at this piece. The “plating” process the company used was indeed the best in the land, and was said to be “30 times thicker than any other plating processes” It is for this reason that Krementz & Son’s jewelry sold for much more in the day than other costume manufactures sold for. In fact, Krementz and Son’s could be found in the very best high-end department stores.

The bracelet is stunning. At 7&1/4 inches long it has twelve links, each link has two perfect diamond cut Austrian crystals on either side of one single silver leaf. In all 24 sparkling stones are hand prong set into the bracelet to dance and catch the light. All 24 are as clear and bright as the day it was made. The fold over clasp locks securely.

To complement this piece a uniquely beautiful circle pin filled with two sparkling flowers, leaves that match the bracelet and curled stems complete the ensemble look. Each flower has eight sparkling petrels and one center round stone. The large flower is one inch across and the smaller is one- half inch across, with the entire pin measuring one and one half inches across. This pins locking clasp is tight and secure. Done in lustrous rhodium plating the sparkle and shine would remind any one of the special day they first wore it for years and years to come.
