About Us
In bye-gone times, things that were no longer needed, yet still useful, were taken up to the rafter room to be stored. Children loved to play among the unusual relics on rainy days, a bride would sometimes poke and pull to find something special for her new home; however, most of the time they were forgotten for generations.

Come. Look through my “rafter room”. I have been pleasantly surprised by what was forgotten up in my attic; I am sure you will be too.

I grew up on a large working farm in central Pennsylvania—the house and out-buildings were built of native hand-carved sandstone in the year 1711. That is to say, I grew up appreciating the fine, old things around me. I no longer live in my childhood home, yet I have never lost the reverence—or the fascination—for the things of yesterday.

I will be adding pieces as I can, so come back often—this is a large attic with much to go through. My free time, while sparse, will be dedicated to "treasure trove-ing" the Rafter Room. If you would like to make an offer on something let me know. No reasonable offer will be ignored.

I am very pleased to announce that Siemers Rafter Room has been selected as exclusive east coast outlet for fashion accessories by " November's Design's".

November's Design's is run by Samantha, a cheerful and optimistic young woman from Tucson Arizona; who has been cripplingly afflicted by Agoraphobia; the irrational fear of open or public places. Unable to lead a normal out of the house work routine Sam, as she likes to be known, was faced with many dilemmas as to how she was going to pay her bills and find enjoyment and fulfillment in her daily life.
Gifted with talent and an eye for beauty Sam knew she could create beautiful things, and had been creating jewelry as a relaxing hobby for some time. Over the years she gave away many spectacular items to friends and family and often heard the words; "Why on earth don't you sell some of this to the public, people would pay money for work this fine in jewelry."

One day two years ago something inspired Samantha to muster all her courage and go to the Annual G & LW Tucson Gem Show accompanied by her mother. It was not easy for Sam, but clutching her constant companion, a small dog named Skitters, close to her chest for comfort and her mothers reassuring words and strength she made it there and back somehow. Full of ideas and armed with an arsenal of quality Swarovski crystals, semi precious stones and pewter findings, brochures and Dealer business cards, Sam launched November's Design's.

Today, I am happy to display for your enjoyment many of her best creations. Special orders are not a problem. If you don't see a color you want, in a style you like, it can be created for you at no extra charge. I am starting with bracelets and watches, but will soon be adding necklaces and earrings from the November's Design's collection by Sam.
