We strive to offer quality items with accurate descriptions. We happily combine shipping on orders so long as the pieces may be safely packed together.

Our entire Ruby Lane inventory is available in our brick and mortar store. Our Ruby Lane store is updated daily in order to avoid purchase orders for sold items. However, if you submit a purchase order for an item sold in our Tennessee store the same day, we will let you know the situation with our apologies. Then, we will strive to help you find a similar item.
 
Return Policy
Ruby Lane and each of its independent shops want you to be satisfied with your purchase. To ensure your satisfaction and for the protection of both the buyer and shop owner, we have a Return Policy that each Ruby Lane shop owner honors. View Return Policy now.

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
Non-consignment items priced at $100 or more receive free Priority shipping and insurance within the 48 contiguous states. Offer excludes mirrors, trunks and furniture. If expedited shipping is required, the buyer will be responsible for the difference. Items marked "Reduced," "Sale" or items reduced through "Make an Offer" will not be eligible for the free shipping offer. This free shipping offer is suspended during sales.

Items usually ship within 2 business days after we receive correct payment. Items paid for by personal check are held for 7-10 business days so that the check will clear. Items paid by e-check are held until we receive email confirmation from PayPal of clearance. Payment is expected within ten days of the date of the purchase order. We reserve the right to relist items that are not paid for in a timely manner. To decline insurance, you must notify us in writing via the purchase order or a separate email.

International orders will be handled on a case by case basis and must be paid for through PayPal. We ship to most countries in North America and Western Europe as well as to Japan and Australia. If you are outside these areas, please email us before placing an order. If the item that you requested cannot be shipped to your country because of mailing restrictions, we will not be able to fulfill the order. If insurance is not available to your country because the carrier does not offer insurance, you will need to notify us in writing that you decline insurance before the item can be shipped.

Restocking Fee:
At this time we do not have a restocking fee.

Other Information:
Tennessee residents pay 9.25% sales tax unless a resale tax certificate is provided. Items picked up in our Tennessee store are subject to sales tax.
