REDUCED Galloway Early American Pressed Glass Cake Stand

This wonderful Galloway EAPG cake stand has a ring when tapped. U. S. Glass Co. in Pittsburgh made this pattern from 1904-1919, and Jefferson Glass Co. of Toronto,made it from 1900-1925.

CONDITION: There are two tiny flakes on the interior base rim of the stand, but otherwise, it has no nicks, chips, or cracks. This is a very heavy piece of glass. There are a number of use marks on the plate, telling its age; however, the glass does not exhibit any "sun purple" color - which greatly devalues antique glass. This cake stand is a wonderful piece of 19th century glass, truly beautiful for display and use!

DIMENSIONS: It stands 6 3/4 inches high and the plate area is approximately 10 1/4 inches in diameter.
