This is a lovely large Homer Laughlin China Company platter in the Rochelle pattern and the Eggshell Nautilus shape. The green under glaze mark has the HLC monogram at the top with the words “Eggshell Nautilus” beneath. Next is a shell with the letters “U. S. A.” beneath it. Finally there are the letters and numbers “E 48 N 6.”

DIMENSIONS: The platter stands approximately 1 1/16 inches or 2.6 cm high. It is about 15 inches or 38.5 cm long and about 12 inches or 30 cm wide.

CONDITION: This platter has no chips nicks or cracks. There are some utensil marks and some wear to the gold on the rim.
