A note on our descriptions: we may tend to over-describe our items, and we make a point of mentioning any defects, no matter how small. Our guideline is to write as though there were no pictures, and take pictures as though there were no description. If you have any questions about an item, please feel free to contact us.

Ruby Lane and each of its independent shops want you to be satisfied with your purchase. To ensure your satisfaction and for the protection of both the buyer and shop owner, we have a Return Policy that each Ruby Lane shop owner honors. View Return Policy now.

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
We strive to keep shipping costs low for the benefit of our customers. Unless you state a preference for a different shipping method, jewelry items are sent via USPS First Class Mail, individually boxed and then placed inside a bubble-wrap mailer.

We are happy to accommodate special requests, but please check with us for specific arrangements.

Restocking Fee:
We do not charge a restocking fee on returns - we want to keep our customers, and keep them happy! The buyer only pays return shipping.

Other Information:
Customers outside of the United States, please note that purchases may be subject to import duty or taxes; these are the responsibility of the buyer.

If you are making payment via PayPal, we can only ship to a confirmed address.
