Brooch Earrings Set Finn Jensen Sterling Enamel Norway Vintage

This is a gorgeous vintage demiparure by Finn Jensen of Norway. Featuring a pretty seashell design, the brooch and screwback earrings have a basse-taille pattern under translucent blue kiln-fired (vitreous glass) enamel that gives the impression of natural sea scallops. Made of sterling silver, the set also has a lovely gold vermeil finish which has deepened with age for a wonderful burnished effect.

The brooch measures 1 15/16" by 1 3/4", and each earring is 13/16" by 7/8". All pieces are marked Norway Sterling 925SV; the "V" actually consists of stylized initials "FJ" for "Finn Jensen." The brooch has a rollover safety clasp. The set is in excellent condition, with no chips, cracks, flakes, or any other kind of damage.
