Vintage Mid-Century Modern Sterling Silver Earrings by Lore of New York

This is a sleek pair of vintage modernist studio earrings made of sterling silver. The maker is Lore; not much is known of the artist, but she worked in New York in the 1950s. Her pieces are rather uncommon.

This set features an abstract pattern with square geometric forms with a wire wrap-around branch. They are screw-back style and are marked on the back "Lore." Measuring 5/8" by 5/8", the earrings are in excellent condition.
