These bold candlesticks are by Jorgen Jensen of Denmark, better known for his stylish mid-century modern jewelry. The pair has a simple geometric starburst pattern around the base.

Measuring 2 3/8" diameter, each is designed to hold a smaller sized candle (the cup is 5/8" diameter). The bottom is marked "Pewter Jorgen Jensen Denmark" along with the model number "10". The set comes in its original fitted presentation box, which is black glossy cardboard with a red velvet interior and clear plastic cover.
