This is a stunning set of six (6) sterling silver art nouveau buttons in their original case. Made by the highly respected silversmith partnership of Phineas Levi and Joseph Salaman, the pretty repousse buttons depict Cupid and Psyche kissing.

Each button measures 1" in diameter. The case, lined in green velvet, is 9 1/8" by 2". The markings for the buttons are: "L&S" for Levi & Salaman, lion passant for sterling silver, anchor for City of Birmingham Assay Office, and the letter "d" for 1903.

This exquisite set is in excellent vintage condition. We have left the original patina intact, as it is prized by many collectors; it also highlights the fine details of the pattern. Any cleaning will be left to the new owner.
