I am not sure if sultan is the correct term for this musical guy but that is what I have named him. Judging by the design and construction I am dating him from the early 1950s, it is set with various colored rhinestones with the most amazing clear stone set in his head and a dimensional gold-tone setting. He measures 2 1/4 by 1 1/2 inches and is in great condition although he is not signed it is a quality piece. It does have nice weight and will need to be worn a heavier type fabric.
