I purchased this buckle from the estate of a former antique dealer, the entire collection I purchased had been in storage for 39 years. Dating from 1900-1910 this buckle features a very ornate design and is set with "mine" cut rhinestones with a gilded metal setting, it measures 2 3/4 by 2 1/4 inches and is almost 1 inch in depth with the dimensional design. It is not signed and in very good condition, the rhinestones are full of sparkle although a few show signs of age and are MUCH better than shown in the photo. This was originally owned by a wealthy woman of high style.
