Recent purchased from an estate sale this colorful brooch dates from the 1950s and is set with teal and deep blue rhinestones and a large art glass stone that is turquoise in color with swirls of brown and sparkly gold veins all prong set in a very detailed gold-tone setting with includes leaves and flowers, it measures 2 ½ by 1 ¾ inches and has nice depth. It is in superb condition and full of colors and sparkle, it is not signed but is most likely an Austrian piece as I have had several pieces in this style signed Austria. The bar in which the pin is attached to the brooch has a small raised area that looks to be a signature plaque but has been covered with the gold-tone plating and is not legible. This is a very smart looking piece for summer wearing.
