Offered is an early example of Panetta jewelry that dates from the 1950s, this set features art glass cabochon stones that have the look of turquoise and are set in a silver-tone setting, the brooch measures 2 by 1 ¾ inches, the clip-on earrings measure 1 by 1 inches. The designed is domed giving the set nice depth, this set is unlike any Panetta jewelry I have seen with the construction and manner in which it is signed; all the pieces are stamped Panetta rather than the raised lettering usually found, also the earring clips are not the typical style found on later pieces. This set is in excellent condition and has the look and feel of “real” jewelry which is what Panetta jewelry is known for along with quality and wonderful deigns.
