Return Policy
Ruby Lane and each of its independent shops want you to be satisfied with your purchase. To ensure your satisfaction and for the protection of both the buyer and shop owner, we have a Return Policy that each Ruby Lane shop owner honors. View Return Policy now.

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
Shipping within the United States is $4.50 for the 1st item and $1.50 for each additional item. Method of shipping is media mail for books only, First Class for items that weigh 13 ounces or less. Items that weigh over 13 ounces will ship via Parcel Post.

Shipping insurance is included for items priced at $10 or above, that are shipped within the United States. Insurance is optional on items priced under $10. Outside the U.S. there is a charge for insurance because insured international packages must be shipped via Priority Mail.

Priority mail within the U.S is available at $5.50 and up.

International buyers please email me with their address so I can quote actual airmail costs.

Restocking Fee:
Our shop does not have a restocking fee.

Other Information:
Sales tax of 5% applies to all residents of Wisconsin.

Payment is expected within ten days of purchase. If you would like me to send a PayPal Payment Request, please let me know. If payment is not received within this time frame, the purchase order will be canceled and the item(s) will be returned to the shop.

International buyers please pay via PayPal as I cannot accept foreign checks or money orders.
