One end of the bag is partially opened, but the blanket has never been removed. The price tag is on the back of the package, and can be seen in front of the kite-flying doll in picture #3.
This Spring brand blanket is 100% polyester fabric with yellow nylon edging at top and bottom.
There was a second matchiing blanket (which has now sold). In order to show the wonderful CPK scenes, pictures #4-9 were taken from the already-opened blanket, and are included in this description.
The descriptive paper insert in the packaging provides all the information for the blanket(s), and it does give the year -- 1983 -- in extremely tiny print just under the picture of the two dolls in the yellow strip. So this is truly a VINTAGE item.
These decorative CPK accessories are now very SCARCE, and difficult to find. They will be a great addition to a special child's room, or to accent a unique Cabbage Patch Kids collection!
