Quite a large pill box measuring 2" in diameter and unusual to have a hinged lid.

Made from solid or sterling silver the box is hallmarked for Birmingham 1930 together with the makers mark B & Co.

The top of the lid is inset with a wonderful glossy piece of tortoise shell and enhanced with a pretty silver pique inlay.

All in excellent condition.
