I would imagine originating from France or perhaps Germany or Austria, this is a superb and most unusual desk top rocking blotter with the top designed to resemble the back of an envelope.

What makes this special is the wonderful and very well executed brass or bronze Cockerel complete with the original little red glass eyes.

Excellent undamaged condition measuring 4" x 2 1/2" x 4" to top the Rooster's tail.
