This is fine medical, apothecary collectible item. This little mortar was cast from bronze, decorate with 3 "Fleur de Lys" modeled in high relief on each face, between two handles. This 3 Lys was emblem of royalty in France. Heavy and thick, well decorate, it has a wonderful patina, thick and green, a marvel.
Condition is near perfect, flawless, the piece rings as a bell, we have only to mention some minimal wear on surface. No repair or hidden flaw, condition sincere and guaranteed.
This is an antique piece, dating from Louis XIII child hood, under the Regency of Marie de Medicis, Circa 1615, authentic item that we fully guarantee.
