This 1976 collectors plate was found still in the original box with certificate and description folder. This plate is number 1 in the series "Women of the Century", a tribute by Ganeau in Fine Art Porcelain to the ascendance of Western Woman in the hundred years of Paris Fashion. This 8 1/2" plate is titled "Scarlet in Crinoline - The Inaccesssible Woman 1865". Individual plate number, porcelain of Limoges, France, first edition, and made by hand. Henri D' Arceau L. & Fils certificate d' Authenticite included along with the description folder in the box. Condition is excellent.
