One can be forgiven when looking at this vase and thinking it was made in West Germany in the 1950's. Kilrush Ceramics was an Irish company that was operated by West German businessmen. The influence is overwhelming, as seen in the vase. The glaze shading and gilt trim are a throw back to German ceramic design of the 1950's. The high gloss glaze is in shades of yellow, brown and purple on a dove gray background. It measures 25cm ( 9 7/8") high and is 9.9cm ( 3 7/8") in diameter. The base is marked as shown.

There are no chips, cracks, fleabites or repairs.
