SALE Amazing Dumler & Breiden Lime Green Fat Lava Vase

Offered here is this excellent example of 1970's fat lava design from West Germany. Dumler & Breiden made some exciting pottery in the 1960's and 70's. This is one of those pieces.

As is common with all Dumler & Breiden pieces, this is marked on the base Germany. They never marked any of their output West or W. Germany.

The rich green semi matte glaze forms 3 looping bands with exceptional lava effects separating and accentuating the glaze. It stands 23cm ( 9" ) high and has a base diameter of 14cm ( 5 1/2" ). Base is lightly impressed with model 686/23.

The 3rd and last 2 pictures show a glaze flake off the rim. Aside from this, there is no other damage. Offered at a reasonable price because of the damage, which could be repaired quite easily.
