Offered here is this late 1800's stoneware ginger beer bottle from English maker Sam Hornsby & Company. Very nice example of small bottle design with clear logo and colorful green glaze. Side is impressed but the only word I can make out is Cardiff. Which I take to mean the city in Wales. It measures 6 3/4" high and 2 3/4" in diameter.

The 4th picture shows a production flaw. There are no chips, cracks, fleabites or repairs.
