This is a late 19th century hand blown cranberry dish with applied canary flowers and clear rigaree. At one time this dish had a holder and was used to serve marmalade. The dish was made circa 1895 in the Stourbridge region of the UK. Not sure as to maker but Stevens and Williams and HG Richardson are definitely probable. The base has a ground and polished pontil. It measures 2 1/2" high and the base diameter is 3 3/8".

The second, third and fourth pictures show a damaged clear glass sawtooth. Three are chipped and 1 has been ground smooth. The leaf like applied yellow decoration is damage free.
