Offered here is this Roseville vase from the Clematis line of the mid 1940's. This may be a later piece as the mould detail is softened. The brown glaze has also been lightened with the addition of a pearly blue accent glaze that covers the whole piece. This is not a standard glaze treatment and gives this piece a pearly sheen. Offered here is this wonderful example of the earlier work of Nancy and Rick Hilborn. Started in the mid 1970's and continuing today. This is a delicately twisted and wrapped functional vase. The glaze combinations are a high gloss bone with metallic blue effect and a dark slate. Colors used would date this to the late 1970's or early 1980's. It stands 9 1/2" high and only 3" wide. Offered here is this oval scalloped platter from the long lived Fresian pattern. This pattern was made from 1912 into the 1960's. This piece is date stamped from March, 1948. The attractive floral design is red transfer with handpainted orange, light blue, dark blue and gold. As stated, this platter measures 12" X 9 1/2" and is marked as shown.
