A very rare Red Wing Pottery, "King of Tarts" cookie jar in olive green, black "heart" staff, black crown, black lettering "Tarts" and some facial features...produced in 1955 in a very limited quantity and known to be one of the very difficult jars to find.....this jar is in excellent, appears to be in unused condition with no chips,cracks, repairs or discoloration...measures 10"high, 8"wide, 6 1/4"deep....marked on bottom "Red Wing USA"....A wonderful Red Wing cookie jar, displaying great character, would make a great addition to your collection.....
