This highly decorated vase, roughly an inverted cone in shape, shades from clear crystal at the base to dark green at its rim. It is elaborately and heavily decorated in powdered gold and pigment oxides - in this case mainly maroon. This early C 20th item makes an attractive receptacle for a single rose on a dressing table or mantlepiece. Condition and quality both excellent.
