Our Service Pledge To You:
I will respond to all orders with 48 hours. I guarantee the authenticity of my items, and the accuracy of my descriptions. My goal is to ensure your satisfaction. I package fragile items with extreme care. All items will be sent double boxed, bubble wrapped, and packed in secure packing material. If you have further shipping requests, please feel free to ask. I will try to accommodate all reasonable requests.

Ruby Lane and each of its independent shops want you to be satisfied with your purchase. To ensure your satisfaction and for the protection of both the buyer and shop owner, we have a Return Policy that each Ruby Lane shop owner honors. View Return Policy now.

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
Buyer pays for actual shipping, handling and insurance. These items are sold in an "AS IS" antique or vintage condition. All items are described to the best of my ability. If there is a problem, please contact me immediately, and I will attempt to correct the problem.
I do lay-away plans and with a 20% down payment will gladly work out a payment plan that suits your individual needs. Down payments are non-refundable and payments must be made as per arrangement made at time of down payment. I accept major credit cards through PayPal and Bidpay as well as personal checks and money orders. All items will be held for shipment until personal checks clear. Thank you for taking the time to view my shop! Refunds will be made within the Ruby Lane guidelines, but only for the expense of the item, and will not include any shipping and handling costs. All items will be double tagged with both a visible and invisible stocking tag. Returns will NOT be accepted if either one of these tags are altered or missing.

Restocking Fee:
We charge a 15% restocking fee on all items returned.
