Vintage 1930s Black Silk Satin Dress

Here is a beautiful vintage 1930s black silk satin dress. The fabric just flows over the body like liquid. It does up with a metal zip on the left side. There is a hint of a metallic gold striping in the fabric. It has a dropped waist with its own ruched sash. There are pads at the shoulders. It has five snaps at the neckline and one hook and eye at the top at the neck. There are five satin covered buttons to do up at the base of the sleeve. This dress is in very good uncleaned condition, no tears or stains. It is beautifully made as it was sewn by an haute couture seamstress. The embroidered label reads M.J. Rancour - Haute Couture, Quebec. Please rely on the following measurements for sizing: Please note as this style of dress is meant to skim over the body you should be smaller than the measurements given.
