We do our best to answer your questions promptly, and expedite shipping after receipt of your payment. For very large items, we may need extra time, and will let you know when we quote the shipping and handling fee.
 
Return Policy
Ruby Lane and each of its independent shops want you to be satisfied with your purchase. To ensure your satisfaction and for the protection of both the buyer and shop owner, we have a Return Policy that each Ruby Lane shop owner honors. View Return Policy now.

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
For the San Francisco Bay area, items are available for pick-up.

For other US states and cities, we use ground transport services with a mandatory insurance. Shipping, handling and insurance fees are due by the buyer at the time of purchase, and will be quoted within 3 business days. If you have special shipping request, please let us know.

We do not ship internationally but Canada for small items.

Shipping will be handled promptly after the receipt of all payments, and within 3 business days.

Restocking Fee:
There is a 10% re-stocking fee on all items returned. This may be waived if agreed upon by both parties.

Other Information:
Payment by personal checks are accepted if issued from a California bank office; for other states and California we offer the choice of Money Order, Bank certified / Cashier checks, VISA, Mastercard and Paypal.
Our preferred method is VISA or Mastercard.

Payment must be received within 7 business days of initializing the purchase order, otherwise the item will be re-listed.

Sales Taxes apply where applicable by law.
