19th century - Victorian gilt wood ornate oval mirror

This Victorian oval mirror presents interesting floral and leaves motifs along the edge as well as an acanthus leaves motif at each cardinal point. The mirror has been replaced. Origin: American. Circa: 1880. Very good condition with aging spots on the gilding.
