This book contains guides to common face and ornamental brickwork. It was published by " The International Text Book Co." in 1939. There are lots of illustrations and photos but I have only pictured a couple. There are sections on - manufacturing - brick laying - fireplaces - mortar and mortar joints - bonding - and fancy pattern work. There is also a history of brickwork from around the world. A hard to find little book that illustrates everything you need to know about brickwork. Book is in excellent condition.
