Very Rare Celluloid Carnival Monkey

This very rare and very cute celluloid carnival prize monkey is in excellent condition for it's age - Circa 1920. I don't know exactly how they worked but there are strings attached to the arms and legs which raise them so I guess it was supposed to be like a little puppet. Wood hands and feet and body covered in fur with fur tail also. I have seen the celluloid Kewpie dolls but I have never seen the monkeys. We have three of these available in different sizes and condition so we are putting them in separate ads and pricing them accordingly. This one is 7" tall. There is some fur loss but it's still in overall great condition.
