Here is an amazing 1800s Tibetan conch shell trumpet decorated with inlaid turquoise & red coral with the red coral outlined in gold, with two silver encrusted ends hand hammered in a repousse design with three turquoise beads on one end and two beads on the opposite end and a bead towards the middle. The shell measures approx. 5" long, 2 1/4" across at its widest and weighs 6.4 ounces. The shell is in excellent condition with the exception of surface wear, tarnish, and a small piece of the hammered seal on the side of the shell has a tiny piece sticking out. All in all this is a marvelous treasure created by a very talented artisan. . We are happy to accept lay-a-ways!
