Here is an extremely colorful hand painted three section handled dish, with white beading, gold outlined flowers, and scalloped and embossed gold trimmed rim. With the exception of the word "hand painted", there is no company backstamp although I suspect it to be of German origin. It is in excellent condition with only slight gold loss. Buyer to pay exact postage and insurance.
