Japanese Blue White Charger Plate Lady Boat Water OLD

Here is a stunning Japanese, what I believe to be Arita, blue and white 13 1/2" charger, depicting a person, I think a woman, in a covered boat in the water, with mountain scenes, trees, a bird, and a floral decoration. I have reason to believe this dates to the 1800s. This charger is in excellent condition, with light surface wear, two small "pimples" on the tree where it appears the glaze did not adhere, and a few minor fleabites. Buyer to pay exact postage and insurance.
