If you were a passenger on a train in the early 1900s and stayed for breakfast, you might get your fruit preserves served in this adorable little stoneware pot. Just shy of 2 inches tall, this little guy is in great condition with no chips or cracks. As you can see in the pictures, there are variations in the coloring of the clay. It kind of looks like someone handled it after making something with a terracotta colored clay. In any case, I think it adds character. There is an impressed L underneath - no other marks.
