Welcome to PinkAntiques. For your consideration is this interesting set of guides for contracting work. The set includes 4 volumes which look like they were never used. The covers are black leather with gold writing on the binding. The fronts are embossed with the titles and have a hammer over the sunrise at the bottom. The page edges are a reddish-orange.

The books were written by Frank D. Graham and Thomas J. Emery; published by Theo. Audel & Company in New York. This particular set was the 1951 reprint. They are 5 inches by 6 5/8 inches tall. Other than very minor scuffing on the corners and the words "Windows - Openings - 923" written in small letters on the front inside page of volume 3, they look brand new. The pages are crisp and clear filled with incredibly detailed instructions and pictures. The pages are very thin paper so you can sometimes see the pictures on the page behind what you are viewing. Please look at the pictures in the "larger view" option; I have tried to capture the essence of the content. This set would make a wonderful gift to an individual in the trades.
