Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
First Class USPS shipping with delivery confirmation and insurance are included in the sale price for all US purchase orders. If you prefer Priority let me know and I will quote you a price. First Class works really well for jewelry shipments and typically is delivered about as fast as Priority. With large orders I sometimes opt to use Priority and will cover any additional costs incurred myself.

At this time I am accepting International orders from Canada and the UK ONLY - UNLESS you are an established client with me from elsewhere internationally, in which case you are of course always welcome!

With the new and changed international shipping guidelines it has become necessary to require that you purchase insurance or registration on your parcel, this is for your protection. If you have purchased from Pilula Jula or Evetta Hill previously I am willing to forego the purchasing of insurance as long as you understand the liabilities. Additionally I now find it necessary to reiterate that although I feel your pain when it comes to Currency Conversion and Duties TAX, it is your legal responsibility; please do not ask me to falsify customs forms.

Payment by Paypal is required within 3 days of the confirmation email I send you! Money Orders & Checks are to be received within 10 days. Visa and Master Card are accepted directly; I use Propay to process these; email me for specifics or with questions on this service. Failure to comply or email me for an extension will result in your item being placed back in stock! Your attention to this is sincerely appreciated.
My current shipping days are Tues. Thurs. & Fri. Jewelry purchased via Paypal or by Visa/Mastercard will be shipped following these days unless you specify a different day. A 21 day holding period on all Personal Checks from NEW Pilula Jula Customers is now required! If you have shopped with Pilula Jula before your Personal Check will not be held!

Restocking Fee:
