Vintage Mod Nitty Gritty Cookbook: "Convection Oven Cookbook"

If anyone else is as clueless in the kitchen as I, please be advised I myself just learned, from this book's intro, that convection ovens are built-in ovens that have been around in Europe for eons.

One of a cache of wonderfully illustrated old cookbooks, this one was a bit later in the series, having been published in 1980, and it written by Maureen Reynolds. The multitudinous and charming illustrations, so indicative of an era (including a mustachioed cooking fellow with a modified white 'fro), are by Mike Nelson. This is one among Nitty Gritty Productions' (which was out of Concord, Calif.) classic set. Measurements are 8 1/4" x 5 1/4" A bit of age-appropriate wear to the cover, but otherwise in excellent vintage condition as all pages are intact and well bound. Volume consists of 183 pages. Mangiere, mangiere!
