Vintage HL Patent Purse w/Polka Dot Lining

This is the first time I ever recall wishing I could wear a purse inside out! That's due to the adorable pale-blue lining that features lots of white polka dots, even on the two darling little change purses attached inside. The outside is taupe faux patent leather, and the measurements are 12 1/2" long x 5 1/4" high. Envelope style, this handbag may be used as a clutch or held by its handle. Basically in extremely good vintage condition. There is a bit of tarnishing to the goldtone-metal frame, but fortunately most of this is on the inside. Also, on one side, there are two indented marks. Please see last photo. Signed "HL U.S.A." inside.
